But Ashton denied the story, saying: "I think Star magazine calling me a 'cheater' qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees. STAR magazine - you don't get to stand behind "freedom of the press" when you are writing fiction."

The couple who have a 15 year age gap were snapped earlier this week hugging and kissing at a Football game in Iowa. So far, it seems Demi Moore is not too perturbed by the sex scandal.
