Sexy mom Heidi Klum attended the 18th annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Award Party and gosh, is she looking picture perfect after her recent pregnancy.
The “Project Runway” model was decked out elegantly in short black diamond-studded dress with matching heels.
Skipping the actual ceremony, Heidi Klum opted to simply stop by the after-party (which was enough to capture our attention). She had a wonderful time as she sat down to dinner with fellow glamorous mom Victoria Beckham.
In other news, Heidi Klum will appear in her own video game for the Wii based on her reality TV show, “Project Runway."
