Xiaoqing reportedly wanted to undergo plastic surgery to resemble the star in an attempt to rekindle romance with her former beau, a huge Jessica Alba fan.

The 21-year-old Chinese has to go for multiple operations before she gets eyes and nose similar to those of the sexy celebrity.

But the reports failed to impress the Hollywood beauty, who said: "I think you should never have to change yourself like that. If somebody loves you, they'll love you no matter what."
