The AP reported that former TMZ photographer Ricardo Mendoza filed a civil lawsuit today against Britney Spears, claiming assault and battery stemming from an incident in which the singer accidentally ran over his foot in Beverly Hills in October 2007.

The accident happened two hours after Spears learned she had lost custody of her children.

In the intervening time, Mendoza auctioned off his tire-stained sock. Spears' lawyers declined to comment about the case when contacted by EW.

I don't think Britney Spears is out to hurt anyone. She wasn't in the right frame of mind after losing custody of her children and with the paparazzi hot on her heels, she may have unknowingly committed the "assault."

Mexican sexy mom Salma Hayek's daughter Valentina is the latest eye candy for the paparazzi, giving Suri Cruise and Brangelina's children a run for their money.

Salma Hayek recently showed off Valentina to the cast and crew of her latest flick 'Grown Up' while shooting in Massachusetts on Thursday.

Dressed in jeans, trainers and a pink T-shirt with the slogan 'sweet fish from Mexico City', the 20-month-old Valentina Paloma Pinault looked in her element as photographers clamoured to capture her on camera.

Just last month, Valentina was the flower girl in the lavish Venice wedding of her parents, Salma Hayek and French billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault, which played host to a galaxy of Hollywood stars and former French president Jacques Chirac, among others.

Sexy mom Jessica Alba attended the Bulgari "Between Eternity And History" opening exhibition cocktail party at Exposition Palace in Rome Wednesday evening.

Halle Berry said, "All these paparazzi are just out of control, it has added a new pressure. When you just want to go out and be a normal person you get put on that bad clothes list. Or it’s like, ‘Look, she’s got a zit,’ and they zero in on it. Or it’s, ‘Look, she’s got cellulite,’ and they zero in on that."

"They make you feel like you can’t go out and be a normal girl. I try to resist it and go out without my make-up even though I know I am going to be on that list."

The 43-year-old sexy mom dazzled at the event organised by billionaire John Caudwell, in aid of his charity the Caudwell Children, to raise thousands of pounds for disabled kids.

Elizabeth Hurley was joined by the likes of Penny Lancaster, Liz McLarnon, Rachel Stevens and Emma Noble at the Butterfly Ball in Battersea Park.

A source says Angelina Jolie’s behaviour has fuelled speculation that she may have starting cutting herself again, a habit the actress has admitted to in the past.

“Angie’s been crying in her trailer most days and is barely eating. She keeps forgetting her lines and she’s been shaking and staring into space."

“In fact, it’s been so bad that some crew members have suspected she’s using drugs, although that’s out of the question. But the ones who know her realize it could be something much, much worse if she’s self-harming."

Angelina Jolie's reclusive actions and insomnia could be signs of some really troubling marital blues. Her relationship with husband Brad Pitt was said to be on the rocks for some time already.

But I hope the self-mutilation is nothing more than an unfounded rumor as I can't bear to see this sexy mom hurting herself.
