Sexy mom Kate Beckinsale may have been crowned “Sexiest Woman Alive” by Esquire but she is far from feeling confident about her looks.

Kate Beckinsale reveals her fears, saying: “I’ve always had doubts about my looks. Most women have body issues and I’m no different.”

In 2004, Kate was plagued by rumours she'd had a boob job after she had to gain 14lbs for her role as Ava Gardner in the movie 'Aviator'. The sexy celebrity admits that the rumors bothered her and she regretted getting sucked into Hollywood.

Kate Beckinsale said: “We were suddenly talking about breasts — not brains. At one point I felt as though everyone was out to get me.”

“I was having everything examined from my cellulite to my choice of films. I had allowed my self to be flattered when all this talk of breasts started... but when I found out it meant I had horrible boobs I was taken aback.”

I think you can give yourself a break during this holiday season. What is with putting a few more pounds, if the Sexiest Woman Alive feels insecure about her looks too.
