Sexy mom Halle Berry is planning to sell her Beverly Hills home. The house is expected to sell at twice what she paid for in 2001.
According to RealEstalker.com, she has put the property up for sale at $5 million dollars. The property features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, landscaped gardens and stone spa.
The home also comes with vaulted heavy wood-beamed ceilings, wood floors, fireplaces, a dramatic staircase and a gourmet cook's kitchen.
Across America, there are lots of foreclosures coming up due to the resetting of adjustable rate mortgages. I don't think Halle Berry is selling her home because she needs the money.
Perhaps home prices are on the mend already with the US recession over, so Halle Berry is cashing in. Smart move, sexy mom!
