Britney Spears has reportedly been in a panic over the thought of not being able to take her boys on tour with her.

Now the ex-couple is set to finalize an agreement that will keep both of them happy, until Britney's return to her home in California.

"Kevin is working to make them accessible by going on various central locations in various areas of the country. He is doing that because he wants her to be able to have the maximum positive environment around her to assure that the tour will be successful."

Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Kaplan added: "I don't think the kids will be at venues. They will be available in her life when she is done with the rigors of performing."

I think that is an acceptable compromise. The kids should not be going on tours with Britney, else they will be dreaming about being celebrities and have no interest in their studies.

Britney Spears can still see her boys on a regular basis and they can have the stability being with their dad offers.
