The Oscars proved to be another night of awards disappointment for sexy mom Angelina Jolie and husband Brad Pitt. They were each nominated for acting prizes - she for Changeling and he for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button - but lost out, just as they did at the Golden Globes, Baftas and every other awards show this season.
Still, the gossip mill is not "that into" the Oscar 2009 winners. The main show is the battle for the best dressed lady. Jennifer was demure in a strapless, ivory Valentino Couture tunic whereas Angelina showed off her vampish sex appeal in a fitted black Elie Saab gown with a sculpted bodice.
The two arch rivals epitomize the common themes of the evening, with many celebrities opting for the safety of black and white which never go out of fashion. Perhaps, given the economic climate they were wary of wearing anything too brash...
Fashion experts feel that Aniston's metallic Valentino gown easily outshone Jolie's dreary black dress. But I still think Angelina Jolie is more sexy. Who do you think won hands down in this Oscar battle?

My liking is still Angie dress with body appealing diva...Jen just like any other ordinary frehies trying very hard to look like a diva.
My liking still Sexy momma Agie's dress.....She is a diva in that appealing dress....Jen..just like girl next door try to be wanna be.
I think that in this Jennifer outshined Angie.
A better dress, and for some reason, Angie looks too thin to me.
