So far, potential celeb expats include Susan Sarandon, Stephen Baldwin and Michael Stipe. Tina Fey says she's leaving Earth, for crying out loud.
Seal revealed in an interview: "The health system is a catastrophe, the economy has hit rock bottom, and Bush has forced his country through lies into an unnecessary and horrible war. If McCain is elected and America staggers on further towards the abyss, then we will leave the country. That is not a problem for us."
Seal, a British singer who cannot vote, is particularly impressed with Barack Obama. He said: “There is no doubt that he is a great man, and I would put a cross next to his name immediately, if I could.”
But he’s pretty optimistic about the outcome of the election, saying that the energized youth of America has “had enough of the atrocities of the Bush administration."
This is a rather grave issue. Whose lives can we Hollywood fanatics obsess about now? There may not be any celebrities left if the Republicans keep control of the White House (with the possible exception of die-hard Republicans like Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt and Elisabeth Hasselbeck).

Supermodels Cindy Crawford and Heidi Klum made sixth and seventh places respectively, with the rest of the list made up by actress Isla Fisher, who has a daughter Olive with Sacha Baron Cohen, Nicole Richie - who gave birth to daughter Harlow, her first child with Joel Madden, in January - and mother-of-two Gwen Stefani.

Sexy mom Angelina Jolie, in her capacity as Goodwill Ambassador for UN refugee agency, has appealed for greater support to returning Afghan refugees who are facing an imminent harsh winter.
Angelina Jolie pleaded the cause for these refugees after a three-day visit to the war-torn country which was aimed at raising awareness for reintegration of refugees ahead of an international conference in Kabul.
During her trip, the celebrity visited recent returnees in the eastern province of Nangarhar, where almost 20% of all Afghans who returned to the homeland have settled since 2002.
These people are living on desolate, desert land in tattered tents and makeshift shelters. They revealed that they could not return to their places of origin due to a lack of land and poor security.
Angelina Jolie said: "The courage, resilience and quiet dignity of returnee families rebuilding their lives against the kind of adversity few of us can imagine shows the human spirit at its best."
Angelina Jolie also visited families in Kabul who had returned from Pakistan in 2003 but have still been unable to go back to their home villages.
The families have been squatting in public buildings in Kabul for several years due to a lack of available land in Parwan (their home province), insecurity and unemployment problems.

Heidi Klum Project Runway Halted
Ex-supermodel and now sexy mom Heidi Klum's hit reality TV design contest Project Runway has been stopped from moving to America's Lifetime network by a New York judge, because of airing rights.
The series was expected to air on Lifetime in January next year after the network picked up the show from NBC Universal-owned Bravo. Production of the new season has already started and Lindsay Lohan has even filmed her stint as a guest judge in the series opener.
All could be in vain after a judge issued a preliminary ruling against the Weinstein Company (owner of Lifetime) for violating NBC Universal's right of first refusal to future cycles of Project Runway.
Weinstein Co issued a statement, saying that the incident was very unfortunate for loyal fans of Project Runway. In the meantime, "production of the sixth season would continue while network bosses fought their legal battle, expected to return to court in November."
