Jennifer Lopez wore a sleeveless cut-away frock while Jessica Alba looked amazing in a sparkly black knee-length dress. Both celebrities converged on Vinyl Nightclub in downtown Denver to inform and encourage Latin Americans to get involved in the political system.

Also in the house were Rosario Dawson (co-founder of Voto Latino), Fat Joe, and Wilmer Valderrama, all staunch supporters of Democratic Presidential Candidate Barack Obama.

Some of you may not find Meg Ryan sexy as she is known more for her romantic comedy love stories. But if you browsed through some of her pics, she will give any sexy moms a run for their money.

Though most of her flicks come with a classic happy ending, in real life, Meg Ryan found it a challenge to juggle life as a working wife and mom.

"It's very difficult to be a career person and have a relationship," she tells Hello magazine. "I didn't succeed at doing it at all. It's incredibly hard.

Finally, after months of speculation, Jennifer Garner, confirmed she is expecting a second child with husband, Ben Affleck.

She was attending the Baby Einstein’s 10th anniversary celebration at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Downtown Los Angeles.

“We’re so excited, obviously.” Garner was coy with the news at first.

She joked about her tummy bulge, saying: “Oh I’m not pregnant. just had a lot of carbs for breakfast. It’s just — what do they call it? A breakfast pouch? Bunch?”

Garner’s confirmation comes after weeks of speculation as her tummy size swelled to the visible baby bump she is currently sporting.

The child, whose sex the actress did not reveal, will be her second with Affleck. Garner, 36, married Affleck, also 36, in June 2005. They have one daughter (Violet) born in December 2005.

X Files: I Want To Believe is out in the theaters. The dark plot basically covers religious themes and paedophilia as well as exploring the complex interaction between Gillian’s Special Agent Dana Scully and Duchovny’s Fox Mulder.

But I am not here to give a movie review. If Gillian Anderson is featuring in this movie, it is a good enough reason for me to get a ticket.


Gosh, just look at Gillian Anderson these days. She is happily married, see how she is beaming with joy. Motherhood has done her good.

I find it a waste that she left after nine years on the hugely successful X-Files. She was at the peak of her career but she chose to live in relative anonymity in London.

At 39, she is still looking great, even if visibly pregnant. Gillian is expecting her second child in with her businessman boyfriend Mark Griffiths – with whom she already has a 20-month-old son, Oscar.

She met Griffiths – who once dated Spice Girl Geri Halliwell – when they were neighbours in London’s Notting Hill area.

She has an 11-year-old daughter, Piper, by her first husband, art director Clyde Klotz, to whom she was married from 1994 to 1997. She split with her second husband, documentary maker Julian Ozanne, in 2006 after 16 months of marriage.
